This is how I see Pinkamena.

She's not the monster depicted in Cupcakes, nor is she the maniac in the one episode where we see her.

She's just a pony that wants happiness.

Pinkamena Diane Pie isn't really a villain. That's just Pinkie Pie's full name. She's only a villain in the Fandom. On a personal note, i can't stand Cupcakes, trust me, i've read it. I'm at a loss on how author(Sarge Sprinkles) can take a totally innocent character and turn her into a monster that Celestia would probably kill herself.

Just don't get it.

Know this base villain, for every tear that falls from pinkies eyes i will reap upon thy soul a thousand times over. To make a being of such purity and happiness anything other than what it should be will ensure the attention of the royal family, to focus the sun and the moons power and rage upon thy being and as YOU try to deprave this world of laughter and smiles i shall deprave you of sound mind and unscarred body. REPENT FOUL BEAST, know the error of thy ways and press upon Pinkie thy apologies and sorrow, and give upon her person the gift she wishes for, and surely she will accept it with open arms and heart.

In otherwords, say your sorry and give her a hug or the friends you think she doesn't have, are gonna get angry
